| | MISSION TRIP REGISTRATION
You've made a great decision. You are about to register for a mission trip that you will never forget. Registration is on a first-come first-served basis, so please register as soon as possible. **IMPORTANT NOTICE** Please Read Before Continuing
COSTS INVOLVED: The total trip cost is $1600 USD (subject to change). There is a Non-Refundable application deposit fee of $250 USD. Total cost for overseas registrants is $75.00 USD. PAYMENT SCHEDULE: We understand that fundraising does not take place at the same time for everybody, therefore, we have setup the following flexible payment option for you:  | Payment #1: This is your deposit. Instructions will be sent after you register. Due: 15-days from registration |  | Payment #2: 25% of your remaining balance should be remitted to us no later than March 31st, 2008. |  | Payment #3: 50% of your remaining balance should be remitted to us no later than April 30th, 2008. |  | Final Payment: The remainder of your balance should be remitted to us no later than June 30th, 2008. |
